During my own divorce, three things became apparent.

2. Qualifying for a mortgage on my own was not possible at my regular bank.

I needed a mortgage agent who had knowledge of and access to lenders with all types of mortgage options to help me.

Not knowing how to qualify on my own was a tough reality and one I know many divorced individuals find themselves in. Regular banks only cater to traditional salary income scenarios.

If income scenarios are complex, you need help finding lenders with different guidelines to qualify for a mortgage.
